Meet Susan

Founder & CEO 

Susan Frantz, Founder & CEO of Frantz Marketing Solutions, is a seasoned marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries and geographies. She spearheads the agency’s efforts in designing bespoke marketing campaigns that drive business growth through innovation and strategic thinking. Susan’s passion for pioneering thought leadership and optimizing both internal processes and external communication forms the bedrock of her client-centric approach.


Beyond her agency, Susan serves as President of the award-winning Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations  Association. She also serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Communications & Philosophy at Florida Gulf Coast University. Teaching at FGCU not only allows her to share her expertise with aspiring marketing professionals but also contributes to the enrichment of the local community through educational empowerment. Additionally, Susan contributes her time to several non-profit committees, including The American Cancer Society’s Lee County Cattle Baron’s Ball and Hope Hospice’s Shine for Hope initiative.


Before founding Frantz Marketing Solutions, Susan led the marketing team at Frantz EyeCare, as their  Marketing Director, where she led marketing growth via external outreach and referral programs, internal and premium procedure sales growth strategies as well as traditional and digital marketing efforts. 


Susan brings over 15 years of marketing experience throughout multiple industries, geographies, and scales of business with her specific focus revolving around growth strategies in healthcare,  retail, hospitality, and sports and entertainment.  


Susan has a passion for innovative thought leadership and campaign creation, with an emphasis on building the best possible growth strategies for each client. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football (Go Canes!), and spending her time enriching Southwest Florida’s community via volunteering to help various charitable causes including most recently chairing and serving on the committe for the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball. She is also an active member of the Southwest Florida Chapter of FPRA, serving on the leadership team and the VP of membership.


Meet Daniela

Public Relations Specialist 

Daniela Gonzalez is a senior at Florida Gulf Coast University pursuing a major in communication with a concentration in public relations. Born and raised on in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Daniela made a choice to move to the West Coast of Florida in 2020 to pursue her academic career.

Beyond her commitment to her studies and aspirations, she enjoys spending her free time cycling, reading, and cherishing moments with her family.


Spring 2024 term, Daniela will be interning for Frantz Marketing Solutions as the public relations intern. Daniela plans is to set a lasting impact on the public relations and marketing industry in the Naples area after her college years.

Katherine Boos

Meet Katherine

Public Relations Intern

Katherine Boos will be a Senior at Florida Gulf Coast University in the Fall of 2024, majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. I have a passion for marketing and expanding my knowledge in the Public Relations field. During her time at Florida Gulf Coast University, Katherine has become an active member of the FGCU FPRA as well as the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. She also volunteered as a note-taker for FGCU Adaptive Services for students in need or those with learning disabilities. These programs and opportunities have allowed her to grow my knowledge of public relations, leadership skills, as well as overall greater communication skills.  In her free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as working out and going on walks. She hopes to utilize her skill sets within my internship at Frantz Marketing Solutions as well as expand my knowledge within my time here.
